Currently works as Director of User Experience at the Information Technology Services of Instituto Superior Técnico (IST) — one of the most prestigious Portuguese schools of engineering, science and technology — where he leads three units: a Multimedia and E-learning Unit, a HelpDesk Unit and a Microcomputer Unit. He's involved in management, user experience, customer service, productivity methods and workflow optimization.

Worked as Chief Executive Officer at Enough Pepper, which developed the web application Survs, highly acclaimed by the international media and users and which was considered the best online survey software by .net magazine. Previously worked as an consultant of Internet Banking on the Web Site Management team of Millennium bcp — the largest private bank in Portugal.
