'Go With the Flow' is a one-hour music program featuring playlists of songs connected to one another by a theme - a theme that changes with every program. The host, Mark Mathias, a still-active drummer for more than fifty years, favors music that leans toward the upbeat and the familiar.

"Groovis Obscuris" originated as a recurring segment in the program when one or more of the themed songs is featured - typically a somewhat "obscure" song with a unique rhythmic "groove."
