Grim Avenue is the production alias for San Diego-based musician Rob DeSisto. Rob cut his teeth as a DJ on 88.9 WERS in Boston before branching out to playing clubs and parties all over the city and greater New England. After relocating to California in 2009, Rob headed up a indie-dance trio for several years that allowed him to fully indulge his love of retro sounds and lo-fi beats. With the Grim Avenue project, the producer has returned to the deeper and techier progressive sounds that are his roots.
