Raised in London on an eclectic diet of musical and cultural heroes, Gower is co-founder (and resident DJ) of the innovative label Stereophoenix (soundcloud.com/stereophoenix-1)along with Simon Shackleton (AKA Elite Force, Zodiac Cartel).
Stereophoenix is a real-world community dedicated to a love of warm, fuzzy, well made music with an electric heart & soul . At the core of their ethos lies The One Series - One DJ, One Room, All Night. Launched in San Francisco in 2012 each bespoke event is designed to take the audience somewhere exceptional.
To complement these extraordinary experiences, 2014 saw the launch of their Rise nights in London and Manchester and the 'tribe' of followers for these events is growing fast. With their meticulous attention to musical detail, drawing on only the very best from the worlds of tech & deep house and techno, Gower, Simon and the other resident DJs set out to provide a coherent, shared experience and audio-visual treat.
