A DJ since 1988, GONES has shaped his journey through encounters, travels and an insatiable curiosity for music.
Based in Toulouse since 2009, he has developed a deeply personal approach to DJing, drawing equally from Jazz, Soul and Hip-Hop, as well as African, Latin and electronic music.
Highly versatile, he combines strong technical skills with an ability to move effortlessly between genres, blending them and bringing them into dialogue with fluidity. This ability to naturally shift from one musical world to another results in sets that are organic, warm and spontaneous.
Over the years, GONES has built a reputation reaching far beyond his local scene, while maintaining an independent and uncompromising approach to DJing.
GONES is now opening a new chapter in his journey with Melodious Mosaic, reimagined as a personal project.
Through his radio show, mixes and parties, Melodious Mosaic becomes a natural extension of his vision of DJing.
