My real name is Gomolemo but I'm known as SoulTech. I grew up in Hammankraal which is situated in the North of Pretoria, I fell in love with music at a young age. I wasn't a Deep House lover growing up because I grew up around people who listen to Hip Hop. I was introduced to Deep House by my brother when I was 14 years old and from that moment I started to do my own research on Deep House producers and Djs internationally and also locally. I was introduced to Deejaying by my friend DJ Zosti at the age of 17. I would watch Deep House Djs on YouTube when i got to school everyday and the journey never stopped from there.

Growing up on an eclectic diet of techno, mid-tempo and deep house provided by his friend's music collection, SoulTech is hard to pin down musically.
