Ben Hovey and Jessica Tomasin have dedicated their lives to music albeit in different ways. While being quarantined together they joined forces. Jessica, also a fitness trainer, started teaching workouts online. They needed a soundtrack to sweat to and most workout mixes are pretty wack, so the two decided to make their own. Using a mix of classic and new Soul, House, Hip-hop, and World music, they are making the old gold again.
