This is the intro piece I made for Mellisa Gunasena's Documentary film 'The Mayan Word' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UwvpsVsawMg).
Many of the sounds were taken using a handheld (zoom) Mic in the Peten Jungle, Guatemala and include toucans,howler monkeys and cicada etc.
This track was inspired after spending a sunrise on top of one of the ancient Mayan site of Tikal's tallest temples, high above the jungle where the ancients used to meditate and hallucinate.
