Utrecht based DJ NALA (Gillian Bohan) is an 29 year old female with a passion for music in its broadest sense. She grew with influences from soul, funk, disco, and also in the rise of the pop culture and the mainstream music scene how we currently know it. From an young age she discovered she gave more preference to the less commercial sounds and started to collect and curate her favourite sounds, later putting al her fav's in her own mixtapes as a DJ and curator.

Years later, being inspired by labels/platforms such as Soulection, Cultravibe, SaturdaySelects and Sosodality, she likes to combine everything what has influenced here in her music taste, from soul to hiphop and from mainstream to the less commercial music, with a special interest in bass oriented sounds.
