Born and raised in Guayaquil, Ecuador, DJ/Producer Giaco monroe was already inspired by the power of drum & bass and trance at the age of 12.

His will to create naturally brought him in contact with local DJs learning the craft, spinning at some of the biggest parties in the region: Nativa Bambu in the infamous surfer/raver town of Montañita,Antena(quito) Levitium Fest and The House of Terror in Salinas, Electrostatika, Fizz, Atika, Atenea,lxd(with inxec) and a residency at MIDI, among other venues in Guayaquil.

Giaco monroe's style is a blend of rough deep tech-house with elements spanning the electronic musical spectum: disco, glitch, deep house and minimal reflecting his character as an energetic timeless raver.
