Caribe Latino

For over 25 years Caribe Latino is a music program that features diverse, upbeat music from the numerous Latin communities of the Caribbean. Popular Latin rhythms as Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and Latin Jazz take center stage throughout the 2 hour-long program, which has also evolved into a cultural/historical exhibition. Guests are frequently invited to share their latest projects or to be honored for their contributions and innovations. Listeners are also kept abreast of the "goings-on" in and around New York City. It is Latin music for the die-hard aficionado and the casual listener alike.
