I am a teacher in the Alexander technique and singer.

Singing has always been my greatest passion, for 15 years I have been a professional singer, singing bossa nova, the Brazilian jazz. I was in search of my own sound, but I couldn't get beyond having a beautiful voice.Until I had my first Alexander technique, and then I realized I had other options.

Since I took my first lesson, everything has changed: my posture, my breathing, my movements, and in short, my body and my singing. The Alexander technique became a part of my life, as singing is part of my life.

I am also the proud mother of 2 wonderful boys, Rafael (born in November '90) and Caetano (born in February '99).
