I'm a cook, that's what I do, professionally on and sometimes off the job. I love cycling. It's a release, freedom, a way to escape the reality of life for a while. Plus it's a dam good workout. I dig photography, one of the best things I've ever purchased was my camera. A picture can tell a great story about a person, place and/or thing. Really good coffee makes me happy, craft beer gets me excited, and a hard days work with productivity and smoothness is satisfying.
