If i was stranded on a dessert island and was only in possesion of one thing it would be my ipod with an unlimited battery life.(Yes i know that is 1. Impossible and 2. not the best tool for survival) But it would keep me from loosing my mind for a long while and maybe use my headphones as a fishing line.
Basically i love my tunes. the older im getting the bigger my library of Gem Thodys life sound track is getting. Im a big lover of photos also but music brings back more than the image of the moment. its the atmostphere, the emotion, the feeling, the smell. For me music triggers even the most lost/hidden/forgotten memories. My mum who sadly past away 3 years ago loved the song At the river by groove armada. I hear that song and i can smell her perfume anais anais.
Music is very important to me.
