The Trancendance podcasts have been being published for over 15 years. Produced by UK DJ Geckojas (formerly known as DJ Gecko) AKA Brian Jones.

Trancendance began as a club night in Southampton in 2003, and grew through several venues such as Supanova in Windsor, Sub Logic off Oxford Street, Poison and then finally at the Southside Bar before it closed (at which point family issues meant a change in priorities for the promotion team). Trancendance also produced several one off events, including the Dancing for Children in Need events at bigger London venues including Turnmills.

After the closure of the Southside Bar, Trancendance moved online, and was a resident show on Slinky.fm from its inception to its closure, a run of two years. Since then it has been a podcast with intermittent episodes. As family life calms down, Geckojas is hoping to bring Trancendance back into a more regular schedule.
