So this is how it started...Rewind to 1988,after coming back from a stay in Chicago for some months and with a passion for music I found myself building a Pantec 3watt FM transmitter bought from a shop in Southampton.With my limited electronics knowledge at 15 I soon found myself radiating on 105FM with a spiralling increase in Listeners from family,Neighbours,friends,school friends,Teachers,etc tec up until 1991 when the RIS (Radio Investigation Service) I guess after seeing one of my car stickers decided enough was enough!! Being brought to task and bound over for 5 Years not to have any involvement from broadcasting the following month in 1996 the first NRG radio broadcast took place on 105.8.......More to follow.
