In 1987 I Opened and Managed The Holy Cow Night Club 1531 Folsom Street San Francisco with Alexis Muir.
The Cow was the first Dance Club to use two turntables to create extended mixes.
Open from 8pm - 2am (7 nights a week till 1992). Holy Cow is still open Thus-Sat.
The lines wrapped around the corner ,"Always a party never a cover"-Gary Bossier.
The Holy Cow was the studio 54 of the West Coast.
We had the best DJ s that took requests for songs and if they didn't have the song they would have it the next night.
