Garron Frith is a songwriter from Greater Manchester. He has released two albums and is currently in Studio recording his third.
Garron has toured throughout the UK and Europe as a solo act as well as opening for such acts as Peter Green, Jack Bruce, 10CC’s Graham Gouldman, Midge Ure, Imelda May, Caravan, Dr Feelgood, Justin Currie (Del Amitri) and I Am Kloot (John Bramwell). His second album “Away From The Bright Lights” was described as a blues folk gospel record with a nod to influences like Ronnie Lane, John Martyn and Lindsey Buckingham. It gained him new found support in the Netherlands and in the UK blues/singer-songwriter genre.
The album received positive reviews and had Radio 2 & BBC6 Music airplay and was voted best roots albums Of 2012 by Moorlands radio and best top 50 albums of the year – DE KRENTEN UIT DE POP and made it to number 16 in the Euro Americana charts.
