I don't lead for I am not perfect. I am open-minded. I listen to what people say and do not give advice. There are people that are different from me and that is life that I don't have control of so I don't assume that I'm better. We come from many ideas, so we are one idea "We the People". So I've learned not to criticize or judge, we are strong in our own ways. I am a people person for the people.
