I've always discovered the "psychic debate" a frustrating one. It's too simple to start with a issue like "do psychic powers can be found?" and get yourself a whole couple of well-meaning people jumping into the fray to expound on how the presence of psychic powers do or usually do not exist. For me, the error is in the issue, not the answer.

Instead, imagine if we were to ask, "are there items in this universe, or actually within the limits of the human condition, which we are unaware or unable to explain?" Resoundingly, sceptic and psychic alike will concur that this is unquestioningly so. However, as we saw in Part One, the two sides have a very different way of pursuing things from there.
