Hello, groovy people! I'm Jake, the lead developer at funkytime.live, and a hardcore funk music enthusiast.
My coding journey began over a decade ago, and the magic of turning lines of code into dynamic, user-friendly platforms still captivates me. However, when I was introduced to the Funky Time Live project, I knew I was in for a special ride. Here was a chance to merge my professional expertise with my personal love for funk music, and boy, has it been a blast!
I've always believed that good code, like good music, is about harmony and rhythm. So, I took the groovy essence of funk, its infectious rhythm and its soulful vibe, and infused it into the code that powers our platform. Our goal was to create a site that not only serves as an informative hub for Funky Time players, but also mirrors the game's funky essence.
