After spending several years playing the drums in a couple of alternative rock bands, Emanuele Marchioni, aka Funkeematic, got into the world of djing around late 2014. Fascinated by the infinite possibilities offered by the new digital tools, he is always in search of the perfect groove. Funky music is, for him, the best playground to move between decades and genres, from old school tunes to modern electronic productions, always changing and shifting, with only one constant: that damn funky groove.
