Funkademia is Manchester's longest weekly club night. We've been filling dance floors since 1995! Join us every Saturday night at Mint Lounge in the Northern Quarter.

We bill our night as a 'chronological history of soul' with our dj collective taking you on a journey through four decades of the very best soul, funk, disco and hip-hop with a touch of smooth r&b and some big house classics.

Mint Lounge is our weekly home which is located on Oldham Street right in the heart of Manchester's coolest night time scene, The Northern Quarter. A sexy two room club space with loads of atmosphere and a different vibe happening in each room, perfect for our soulful soirées.

Funkademia does sell out most weeks so you are advised to either arrive early or purchase advance tickets from Skiddle, this way you can avoid the queues or even the sold out sign!
