Allan Buxton AKA Groovetron has been performing as a DJ at bars and clubs around Nottingham and the UK since 2006. His performances are tailored to each venue with the aim of creating an atmosphere at any time of day/night.
His sets continue to be deeply rooted in house and techno but recent years have seen an expansion into other genres of dance music namely; Disco, Slomo, Funk, Afrobeat, Leftfield & Electronica each adding variety and unexpected turns during his performances.
With an obsession for discovering underground artists and a taste for unique and quality production regardless of genre there's always a progression from set to set covering a wide range of styles and tempos along the way.
Expect to hear nothing you know and a lot you can dance to.
