Under the influence of Emmanuel Top, Bam Bam, DJ Pierre, Phuture and many others, Chrome Beats is a Techno Acid producer from Antwerpen - Belgium, born in Wetteren a couple of years before the 70´s. At the age of 25 got his first TB 303 and experienced the Acid scene from the late 80s. His first tracks were produced using Cubase (simple notation software) a sampler, the 303 and some FX. These days most of Chrome Beats's music comes from software and once a while still uses hardware. The result of all this, is a punchy sound making no prisoners outside the dance-floor. Infused energetic beats characteristic from his home country, merged with a Detroit feel and 303 reso tensions controlled wisely with a special magic touch in between London and Chicago.We travel safely balanced across skilled terra-formations of layered pads and bubbling pulses.
