Home Body is a conscious dance series facilitated by Francis - a passionate dancer and playful soul who intends to embark on the Open Floor teacher training path when it reopens.. But he's too darn excited to wait til then!!

Francis found his home in 5Rhythms and Open Floor after he tried to learn salsa and couldn’t remember the steps. Founder of a life-story charity for the elderly and personal projects on ‘Home’, he hopes to bring deep listening to Home Body. Psychology trained, Francis loves a diverse range of music and wishes to share the fun, freedom, and aliveness of conscious dance with others.
