The Accent (Francesco Grosso) is a Sardinia artist...he started spinning vinyl at the tender age of 16. in 2000 he moved to London and quickly discovered his passion for the underground electronic music scene flourishing in clubs and warehouse across the east of the city. It wasn't long before he started playing his first gigs in London and in 2003 he decided to move to ibiza,the island that would become his spiritual and musical home. Over the years he played in the some of the most important clubs (Dc 10- zoo project-privilege-Space) on the white isle and in 2004 he landed a residency at the legendary Noctambula(Ibiza).In 2005 a London winter residency followed working along side Tony de angelis,Manu-l,Luciano Esse at their infamous Minimal-hospital parties.in 2007 he released his first EP (D e' praxiu) with his friend Nicola Tola. With a dark sound heavily influenced by Detroit masters as well German techno, The Accent has found success throughout Europe. ..........
