It's certainly true, "When the lion falls, the lesser beast move in: the jackals, the vultures and the feral dogs!"

I no longer live in New Orleans. Alas, that once beautiful and proud city has fallen to ruin due to neglect and the lowlifes/trash that now INFEST it.
