Busker is a new project from Flavio Folco delving 20 years into 'club culture,' inspired by the sound created by legendary producers from Chicago, Detroit, and New York. These producers were influential because of their technique of mixing soul and funk music with the technology from that time.
The focus of Busker is to create a melting pot of old school hip hop, funk, house and techno using samples re-edited with analog instruments such as Roland 909 and 808; and vintage Korg and Moog synthesizers. Busker's productions are the result of many years of studio experimentation to create a unique sound, often collaborating with other musicians who add their own flair to his productions.
