First Mondays is an open acoustic evening on the first Monday of every month at The Green Dragon, Northlew, Nr Okehampton EX20 3NN. Very informal. Musicians, singers, poetry readers, storytellers, comedians all welcome. Generally, performers get the chance to play a couple of sets of 3 songs (or equivalent) each during the evening and then the opportunity to join in with a jam session / singalong at the end of the night. Starts at 8.30pm and all performers get a free drink. Plenty of parking in the square outside.
