Filippo di Nola is a musician and Dj based in south of Italy, often described as a 'techno/house' artist. He grew up listening mainly to house and techno musicians from chicago and detroit He has recorded music under his own name Modernism and Unison Research, this is also the name of his record label, realized in 2014 like a window on filippo`s theory of electronic music that goes around the Techno, House and dub sonorities. Another aspect of filippo`s culture are his re-edits, often of electronic music, really inspired from early 90`s dub techno sound. He is almost as renowned for his expansive and genre-hopping live DJ sets and for vinyl collector. He played a weekly residency at the former modernism night call anyway, where you can catch the filippo`s sound
