Fibla has been involved in music since he was in School of Arts, as a member of club-pop art-referenced project The Congosound alongside artist Carles Congost, working on contemporary art installations or releasing his own music under Fibla moniker. Releasing on much-respected label Sub Rosa / Quatermass and other labels such Expanding, Benbecula, Worm Interface, Couchblip!, Klangkrieg, Underscan, Morgen Industries, Mentalgroove, Disasters by Choice, Cosmos, Bip Bip, Toi Thich Nhac, Semántica, Foehn, spa.RK and Plataforma LTW, he’s also running spa.RK label, established in 2001. As a DJ or live, Fibla has been in festivals such Sónar Barcelona, Sao Paulo or Tokyo; Ekkofest in Norway, OneDotZero, Tel Aviv, ExperimentaLimbo in Buenos Aires, Rojo Nova Brasil, Fira del Llibre de Frankfurt, Dresden CYNETart or Bread&Butter fair to name a few.
