Here you can find several classes of Indoor Cycling using the Schwinn Cycling Methodology... Climbs, Intervals, Fartleks, 45m, 60m, 2 hours rides... you name it! Is only a little percentage of the work that I developed for the last 6 years... They don't meant or intent to be just a playlist easy on the ears... they all have a purpose and one objective... That objective is the needs of my classes, respecting the individuality, the training, the hour of the day, the season of the year... Therefore they are created for pedaling! So go pedal... and enjoy it!
