I am about to launch Eutens ..Caribbean Fusion Cuisine Restaurant & bar in the historical Barbican,Plymouth City,Devon.2012
I was born in Kingston Jmaica came to England in 1973.My education mainly from the british perspective as well as researching for ones own need for wisdom and understanding.After studying I chose to become a professional Chef this was in 1989 when I got a job at the Richmond Hill Hotel as a Trainee Chef.I also enrolled at Westminster Catering College ,Battersea Park Road attaining my 706/1 & 2 City & Guilds one day part time courseThis would take me to some of the best Restaurant & members Clubs in the West end of London,like the Bucks Club in Clifford St,Smiths of Covent Garden ,the Ivy,Dell U`gos ,Peg`s and my very own Euten`s Restaurant & Bar In Covent Garden 1995/97.
