I've been collecting soul vinyl records since 1979 when I was 14 years old. My first quality experience with Radio was A.F.R.S. 1584 AM broadcasting from the American Base located at Helinikon in Athens listening mainly to Don Tracy who was playing exclusively Soul music.

At the same time I was a subscriber to BILLBOARD and BLUES & SOUL magazines until the late 90s. From 1993 to 1995 I was given the chance to play as a DJ on Greek FM Radio (HIT FM – SPACE FM) playing Soul, Funk, Disco, Gospel and Jazz.
My favourite artists include Luther Vandross, Phyllis Hyman, The Whispers, Chic, Norman Connors, Teddy Pendergrass, Earth Wind & Fire and Barry White among others.

Exploring hidden Soul gems (mainly from the 70s) gives me great pleasure on a daily basis thanks to Internet’s immense database.
