Erol M Hinkson aka E-VybZ, from Brooklyn New York, has been playing music since the age of eleven. His musical diversity is displayed in each performance, blending and mixing everything from reggae, soca, hip-hop to R&B. Hailing from the island of Barbados, he developed his love for music at the tender age of five, after he received his first guitar by his god-father who was an avid music lover and local calypsonian; this played a vital role in his passion for soca, reggae and old school music. After a ten year break serving in the USMC, he returned to Brooklyn, New York and continued hitting the crates, arranging mixes and remixes. Now a selector for The Original Silver Star Sound; and graduate from SAE’s Audio Engineering Program, he is taking his love for music to the next level in the form of beat making, recording, mixing, and mastering.
