I'm an ecstatic dance DJ, facilitator, artist, dancer, author and creativity coach. My sets are influenced not only by my experience as an ecstatic dancer, DJ and leader, but also by my time (late 70s) dancing at “The Loft” and “Paradise Garage” in NYC (two of the birthplaces of house music), and my travels around the globe for 40+ years.

Music and dance is part of my "Open Studio: Creativity in Community", and pretty much everything I do, including playlists (soundtrack) for my book, "She Reflects: A Spiral Journey for the Feminine Soul", on Spotify.

I love funk, soul, acid jazz, afrobeat, blues, fusion, disco, world, folk, reggae, pys-trance, electronic, rock, ambient, spoken word, sacred chant, and dance/pop music.

Every set is intuitively designed to take you on a spiral journey - starting off slowly, rising up to a faster tempo and then sweetly dropping back down again - to invite more ease, delight and curiosity.
