I'm a mobile DJ working as a member of the Music Central Entertainment team. My focus on this project is to make radio tracks DJ friendly. I use several techniques. Sometimes I just add an intro & outro for beat matching, others I re-drum or adding sweetener beats. My goal is not to sound like Steve Aoki or Don Diablo (great producers!), it's just to make familiar music work on the dance floor.
Note: I don't always use my work at a show, it has to be right for the crowd. Sometimes people just appreciate the track the way it was originally produced :)
