French born Emmanuelle de Decker has been working in the music industry as an artistic director, concert producer and artist manager for more than fifteen years in Paris, Tangier, Dublin, Seoul and moved to India in 2004. She now runs GATECRASH, a consulting agency for music projects, curating festivals, touring bands in India, organising artist residencies and collaborations and conducting workshops about music management in India.
Emma is currently the artistic director of two festivals: Goa International Jazz Live Festival and Nariyal Paani, and promotes the jazz scene in India with the online platform jazzinindia.com
