My innate curiosity into how things shift and evolve with endless possibilities for the imagination has led me to become a creator of things: an artist, traveler, adventurer, florist, mother, businesswoman, yogi. I am always exploring and following my intuition in order to nurture my passions and seek out new and fulfilling life experiences.

Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, I studied Fine Arts at Kwantlen University and Emily Carr, and then completed my business diploma in the Venture Program at BCIT. After completing my DONA training program at Douglas College I am now a practicing birth doula serving the Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond area. I offer my services to women, couples and families who are seeking a birth supporter, giving inner guidance and physical support during one of the most intense, private and sacred moments that can be experienced in one’s life.
