Rudolph Herdiman a.k.a ELECTROFUX, started his music career in the early 90’s. Without any knowledge in music, he started with an acoustic guitar; switched to electric guitar then to bass. With a strong passion for music but no formal education, self study and influence from friends with knowledge of electronic music, he was introduced to his first drum machine. Days and nights experimenting he gained an understanding of the sequencer.
After years of studying gear the name ELECTROFUX was born because he was known to fuck around with electronic music equipment too much.
Currently with almost 2 decades of experience in live electronic music performance, remixing and sound scaping, sharing technical skills by educating and a diverse set of musical influences including metal, pop, rock, break beats, drum n bass and most recently dupstep, electrofux is intent on building an awareness of and movement for more progressive sounds in his current community on the island of Bali and beyond.
