Ekoe Beats first started to DJ at the young age of 11. After spinning records for nearly 2 years he decided that playing other people’s song’s was not enough so he then began his path as a producer. Since the age of 13 when he started producing his own music DJ’ing took a backseat as he wanted to master the production side of the industry. In late 2009 things really started to move with his song’s being featured on a number of underground radio stations and in various mixes with DJ’s playing his song’s out not only in the UK but also the US. At the same time he was also building a following on the internet with names like FuckYeaDubstep, Heavy Duty Dubz, Underground Dubstep, Dubloads, The Filth Effect, Dub2DnB and Dubfuture promoting his music. He has also recently been featured on Squitty Bubbler’s dubstep blog with his song “Say Something Outrageous”. Now taking bookings, the next few years are set to be big for this young musician. He is definitely one to watch out for.
