Ed has been listed as one of top 10 creative directors in the world. He is one of the most awarded advertising writers, art directors and creative directors of his generation.

Ed was first hired by ex-BMP creative director Paul Leeves at his highly regarded start-up Tilby & Leeves. In his second week there he won a silver lion at Cannes for his very first TV ad for Polaroid. Award winning work continued for Red Stripe lager, London Transport and Kew Gardens.

Ed moved to TBWA where he picked up the British Television Advertising Association’s ad of the year and D&AD pencils for his Sony Playstation brand ad Double Life, which was the most awarded single ad in the world, 1999.

Success continued at Bartle Bogle Hegarty where he worked on Levis, One2one, Audi, FHM and the “KEEP WALKING” global brand campaign for Johnnie Walker. The work for the latter originated by Morris was responsible for attracting the worldwide business into the agency.
