I was doing the Dj thing back when I was 14 or 15 years old. I had a great time with it did a few parties and what not. But when I got older football and girls took up much of my free time, so house and techno was lock away and lost in the alleys of my mind. A few years ago {now that I'm much older and wiser...I hope hehe} I jump right into house, techno, lounge, soulful house...head first. But the music scene in Detroit is a bit lacking. It's a challenge to find the deep hard hittin shit, you know? A co-worker and good friend suggested that I make my own mixes. So I did some research and watched other Djs closely at the club. I'm using a Pioneer djm 850, Traktor x1s and F1. I'm still learning and sometimes its so stressful i want to throw my laptop thru a wall, but It's very rewarding when people tell me how much they love the mix. thanks, peace love, house music
