Starting at 8 years old with piano lessons from his mother Dustin Bowman AKA Pandust gained a deep respect for music and the people working so diligently to create it. He moved on to the cello and eventually the trombone but found the rhythm section relentlessly calling his name. He spent the next 15 years classically training in percussion and drums and soon found himself playing at venues like Seattle’s well known Triple Door, Benaroya Hall, and even the Paramount Theater alongside the Seattle symphony.
Eventually he found his focus shifting once again as he heard new sounds emerging from artists like EPROM, G Jones, Alex Periz, 12th Planet, and FKJ just to name a few. His love of this new bass heavy sound, and sharing it with the world, brought him into the world of DJ’ing. A world which he was able to quickly adapt to intricately locking tracks together after his years spent training in percussion. Pandust has been a local facet in the Seattle Electronic music scene
