You can remove or add a grain of sand from a dune, it doesn't change it.
From that perspective, a dune isn't complex to visualize but kinda hard to define.
When I was little, I used to think that dunes were mysterious places,
full of hills and paths,
where you can play but easily loose yourself,
mixing up ground and sea,
with the uncomfortable feeling of an endless rolling desert.
Dune isn't about myself, it's what I try to propose : a fictive place with different influences and moods, with all the subtleties that can be implied by that name.
