I am Jonathan Jouet, a New Orleans–based DJ, producer, and saxophonist with long-standing roots in the local music scene. I began DJing in 2001, spinning open format, drum and bass, and house music on turntables, and was an early adopter of Serato Scratch software. In 2010, I shifted my focus toward live performance, playing saxophone with local rock and funk bands. I am now returning to my DJ roots while continuing my work as a horn player and beat producer. My weekly mixes blend classic vinyl with modern digital tools, featuring the tracks that move me and keep the dance floor alive.
