Born in Johannesburg, South Africa D'Phault was a self-taught pianist as well as connoisseur of the finest emotive art.Joining the Soul Candi Institute of Music at the age of 18, he desired to better his skills in music as an art as well as the production of it.

Specialising in the deep house and nu-disco genres, D'Phault's passion for these genres can be felt during every live set. He has been working tirelessly in studio to refine his sound and gain more experience in the art.

Playing alongside International artists as well as all of S.A's own Major artists in the past, his desire to spread his sound world wide is the fuel behind every beat, drop and emotively inspired bass line that is and will be released.
