Philbert Williams(Dominant Phily) was born in 1983 on a small Caribbean island called Jamaica . He was known back in school for banging on desktops pretending to be a drummer,Phily has always had a ear for music.
I moved to the UK in 1999 from Jamaica to find a better life and that is when I decided I wanted to do music,from there i ventured into many genres from 1960's soul to hip hop etc….
I started off DJing then from djing to writing songs to producing mixing and mastering my own work.
At the age of 24 I began to adopt a new way of making music, with my styles and culture it was easy to develop my own unique style/sound.

Nowadays, I make all genres of music to widen my productions skills and techniques… I use a wide range of software programs to produce good music, but i always say ''its not what you use but how you use it'' that is what I think makes a person good at what they do not the other way around!
