Johannesburg’s Adrian Botha aka Doctor Stone has performed at a plethora of clubs, parties and events across Southern Africa, as well as on radio and television shows, locally and globally since late 2002.
Initially mastering deep house, tech house and electro genres of dance music, he produced and hosted the popular “Doctor Stone’s Aural Clinic” radio show on “Dance Web Radio” for three years before shifting his focus to the strong rhythms, phat basslines and full intent of techno at the end of 2010.
Following a string of mind-altering sets at indoor and outdoor techno events, Doctor Stone was signed to Teknotribe as a label DJ in 2013. His sophisticated sets have taken thousands of discerning techno fiends on mind-altering musical journeys.
Doctor Stone is best known today for banging out aural trips in deep, dark, driving, progressive, hard and bouncy variants of techno.
